Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Tinker's Wardrobe!

Every item is carefully checked and packed by hand before it's sent on its way to its new home.

Processing Your Order

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number.

UK Delivery

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 48 parcels within 2–3 working days after dispatch, although delivery times cannot be guaranteed and may occasionally take longer during busy periods.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its journey.

Incorrect Address Details

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and your parcel is returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional postage costs may apply.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

We'll work with Royal Mail to investigate any delayed or missing deliveries and keep you updated throughout the process.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) and include photographs of both the packaging and the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.
